Luchon-Superbagnères ski resort is located at the foot of the highest summits in the Pyrenees. Close to Spain thanks to the Portillon mountain pass, many ski related activities are at hand at Luchon-Superbagnères, which is where it gets its title, the Active Mountain.
The ski resort at Luchon is called Superbagnères and it's perched on an 1800 metre shelf just above the town.
Luchon is linked to the ski domain of Superbagnères by télécabine (8mins, closing at 5:00pm) and by road (18km). The domain reaches its highest point at an altitude of 2260m.
The total of 32 kilometers of the runway network are spread over 3 areas.
Téchous sector: For learning to ski... Gentle, sunny slopes, a beginners’ and children’s paradise.
Le Lac sector: Skiing with a difference : enjoy the calm of a peaceful descent through the forest.
Le Céciré sector: Long runs... with a big height difference to make the most of, in one of the most beautiful settings in the Pyrenees.
