Wildhaus is a village and former municipality in the Toggenburg region of the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
Wildhaus ski resort
You will find the largest winter sports resort in eastern Switzerland only one hour away from the airport and Zurich. 20 ski lift systems and cable railways will ease your ascent into the widely varied skiing and snowboarding area up to a height of 2262 metres above sea level. There you will find over 50 km of pistes waiting to be explored. One particularly memorable experience is skiing on the Chäserrugg under the full moon. And anyone looking for relaxation away from the slopes can enjoy 35 km of groomed and marked winter rambling paths as well as 50 km of wonderfully laid out cross-country ski trails.
In the two skiing areas in the Upper Toggenburg, Wildhaus-Gamserrugg and Chäserrugg-Unterwasser-Alt St. Johann, and other small and fine areas in Central and Lower Toggenburg winter sports enthusiasts have roughly 80 km of pistes of all difficulty levels available to them.
Wildhaus sknowpark
The Snowland snowpark and the newly designed fun slope draws in snowboarders and freestylers as well.
For snowboarders and fun-lovers, the Wildhaus ski area is quite well-known. Winter sports fans of all experience levels will be drawn in by this professional fun park, with its 20 diverse obstacles spread out over two sectors, "Beginner" and "Advanced." Differing boxes (e.g. rainbow, straight, and eleven kinked boxes), rails and rides leave no wish unfulfilled.
