The Crozats chairlift in the popular Paradiski area, at the top of the Roche de Mio is being replaced with a high speed 6 person chairlift. With major developments that have taken place and ones in which are being proposed for the future, choosing a ski holiday in La Plagne is looking even more promising.

The popular area off the l’Arpette ridge above Belle Plagne will see capacity increase to 3,600 skiers per hour and the journey time reduced to just three minutes. With cable speeds of 13mph, we’re sure skiers will thank this lovely new addition to the resort.
The new lift not only benefits La Plagne, Les Coches and Montchavin based skiers but it helps visitors to Les Arcs and ensures they get the most out of their Paradiski pass. It’s an important link in the fast growing Paradiski lift system, so skiers who are returning from Les Arcs can get back quicker without the hassle of the La Salla lift when it’s running at full capacity.
To please the advanced skiers, the new lift system also speeds up access from the Dos Rond sector to the Bellecote glacier via the Inversens chairs which shortens the return loop for those who wish to ski Bellecote’s popular 2,000m on piste and off piste decent more than once in a day. We suggest taking the red Crozats piste down from the Roche de Mio if you’re feeling up for it, it’s a great run. You’ll be able to ski the Crozats piste more than once so you can perfect your run!
Although the welcome of the new chairlift has many advantages, placing skiers and snowboarders at the top of Belle Plagne in a timely fashion and providing much better views of the resort sit at the top of the list of things to love about the resort.
