The ski resort is located in Białka Tatrzańska on the slopes of Kotelnica mountain with an altitude of 918 m above sea level and Jankulakowski Wierch with an altitude of 934 m above sea level. Kotelnica and Koniowka are two interconnected ski areas in the Białka Tatrzańska region.
Białka Tatrzańska ski resort
Kotelnica is the largest and most popular ski area in Białka Tatrzańska, offering 15 km of ski slopes. It is known for modern infrastructure, including high-speed chairlifts and gondolas. The slopes here are suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced skiers. The area is well-equipped with snowmaking systems and a good selection of restaurants.
Koniowka is a smaller, more intimate part of the ski resort, located near Kotelnica. It has several slopes of varying difficulty, primarily aimed at beginners and families. This area is perfect for those looking for a quieter experience or for those just starting out with skiing or snowboarding.
Burton Snowpark in the Kotelnica Białczańska ski station is located next to the route no. 5 and is 300 meters long. It is one of the largest of its kind in the country and there are many so called jib obstacles, such as boxes and rails, as well as different types of ski jumps.
Snowpark is designed for beginners and advanced users and to use it safely, you should remember to wear a helmet and pads. Next to the snow park the T-bar lift is located, and the park route is illuminated so you can use it after dark. In the park there are organized many sport events for both professionals and amateurs of the freestyle ride.
In the resort there are several regional inns and smaller food courts. The most popular place, located at the top of Kotelnica, is the viewpoint inn, which gives an opportunity of an unforgettable experience not only of taste, but also of aesthetics. It is located at an altitude of 917 meters above sea level and from its terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view of almost all the Tatra, Gorce and Pieniny mountain ranges. In the menu of the inn there are delicious and hearty dishes of Polish and regional cuisine. Specialties of the Kotelnica Inn are smoked ewe's milk cheese with cranberry sauce, sauerkraut soup, sour soup and dumplings from the Białka region.
