There are two cablw cars transporting skiers and boarders up onto the Brandstadl mountain at 1,650m, from where they can enjoy breathtaking views all the way down to the village of Scheffau at the foot of the craggy Wilder Kaiser Mountains.

Advanced and expert skiers will enjoy the powder on the Aualm piste.
The SkiWelt has a huge amount to offer families with children. At the top of the lifts they will find the Kinderkaiserland with its adventure park run by the Skischule Scheffau. The ski school offers not only childcare and professional ski lessons but also the chance to try out their very own "mini carvers", small skis designed to enable even very young children take their first tentative steps on snow. Down in the valley there is also a children's area run by the Skischule Salvenmoser, with a conveyor belt ski lift and Magic Carpet. Several lifts, such as the Osthangbahn and the Aualmbahn, are equipped with special safety devices to keep children safe.
The ski movie piste on the Südhang slope is a hit with guests of all ages. Skiers start from an original World Cup starting gate and then head out onto a giant slalom course where a camera films them in action.
The Eibergtreff with its deckchairs is a good place to relax and enjoy the sun at the end of the day.
Scheffau village
The smallest and most unspoilt village at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range, Scheffau is farthest away from the main road and yet easily accessible.
