In Alta Badia (Corvara, Passo Compalongo), Leitner realized the new La Brancia 6-seater chairlift, fitted with safety bars. Furthermore, instead of the old Costoratta 4-seater chairlift, a modern 8-seater chairlift will be in operation, with premium seats and weather protection bubbles.
On their return to the pistes on 07.01.2021, skiers will find two new chairlifts waiting to welcome them: The La Brancia and, even more impressively still, the Costoratta, a glittering diamond of innovation: Shorter transportation times and a greater hourly capacity than ever before mean fewer queues, improved safety and more fun: Just a few excellent reasons to recharge your winter batteries in the Dolomite countryside.
All eyes on January 7th then, kick-off date for the upcoming winter season the Alta Badia, one of the most fun-packed of all the Dolomiti Superski regions.
Even when the ski lifts are closed, the action never stops at Movimënt: The fast-approaching ski season is riding the crest of an incredible wave of the technological renovation that has always defined Alta Badia. The hottest news in the 2020-2021 season comes in the form of two brand-new ski lifts which will complete and enhance the array of seasonal facilities: The Costoratta and La Brancia chairlifts are set to raise the quality bar higher than ever before.
The Costoratta is the first chairlift that you'll come across when you take the Sellaronda anti-clockwise: Located on the Campolongo Pass, it will take you the Boè area, above Corvara, in less than two and a half minutes. The state-of-the-art detachable chairlift is the most modern in existence on the market today. The ultimate in ergonomic comfort, this eight-seater chairlift features protective bubble covers and, at full capacity, can transport 3,400 people per hour. Construction works also comprise a modern, comfortable access station that extends a warm, hearty welcome to all guests to Val Badia.

The second chairlift, La Brancia, is an automatic detachable 6-seater chairlift located in one of the most strategic points in the Movimënt Park, close to the Snowpark and Funslope, a fusion of ski slope and snowpark with 20 attractions ranging from parabolic curves to jumps, whoops and snow tunnels.
